Super easy to make vegan parmesan cheese!

There are no excuses to have pasta without parmesan cheese since there is a super simple recipe for vegan parmesan cheese. For me, this thing is perfect with almost any dish! I love to sprinkle it on some risotto, on salads, pizzas, sandwiches or, of course on any kind of pasta dishes.

All you need is 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time. That’s it!

Here is the vegan parmesan cheese recipe.


½ cup blanched slivered almonds

½ cup raw cashews

¼ cup nutritional yeast

½ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder


Combine all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the “S” blade. Pulse until a fine meal forms. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
