Remember the cashew spread? This kidney bean spread makes an excellent bean twin 🙂 Not because of the ingredients, but because it tastes as great!

Try it with freshly baked homemade bread. It’s vegamazing 🙂

Smoky Red Kidney Bean Spread



250g red kidney beans (cooked)

85g smoked tofu

2 Tbsp tomato paste

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp rosemary

3 freshly ground juniper berries

salt to taste

water (if nedeed during mixing)



Put all the ingredients in food processor. Mix until smooth and well combined. Enjoy!
