Start your day in a healthy way with this tasty fresh green juice!


  • (1 serving of 300ml.)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cm (0,8 in) piece of ginger
  • 1 celery stick


Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

Peel the lemon and core the apple.

If needed, pre-cut the cucumber, lemon, and apple.

Add all ingredients through your juicer.
