- (1 serving of 300ml.)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 apple
- 2 cm (0,8 in) piece of ginger
- 1 celery stick
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Peel the lemon and core the apple.
If needed, pre-cut the cucumber, lemon, and apple.
Add all ingredients through your juicer.
