Yes, another place to be happy about!
A couple of days ago, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, the punked-out vegan cookbook author, announced that Modern Love would get its Brooklyn twin! The new restaurant is planned for early 2016 in Williamsburg, New York City, in collaboration with the vegan footwear company, Moo Shoes.
Isa is a well-known vegan chef and a vegan icon. Inspired by the fact that there were no vegan cooking shows on Food Network, Isa decided to change that with her own show, The Post Punk Kitchen (2003-2005).The show was a great success which paved the way for her cookbooks as well. After that, she also got herself into the process of opening her own restaurant, now known as Modern Love, in Omaha, Nebraska.
And now Modern Love is expanding to Brooklyn.
Modern Love Brooklyn twitted that this restaurant will be all about “swanky vegan comfort food for Brooklyn, by Brooklyn.”
How cool will that be? Well, awesome, considering their great menu, which offers irresistible dishes!
Let’s peek into Modern Love’s menu to see some of the things they offer.
